New and unworn/unused items purchased online are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please send us an email at orders@petitTembo.com in order to receive a return authorization number.
All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If a product does not arrive in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or credit. We cannot be responsible for items returned to us without first being notified and/or for items that are returned through a shipping alternative where the package can’t be traced.
shipping policy
We ship worldwide! All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order via Canada Post. Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Tracking number will be available at the time of purchase and furthermore, petitTembo cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Customers will be sent an email that includes all relevant shipping information once the item is shipped. All customs duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
